Our class really wants to pull ahead and win the 3^rd grade bear for our classroom 

in grade iReady competition. If your child would like to do some iReady lessons at home, 

please encourage them to do so.

Number Line Math Task

I was a bit hesitant to turn the kiddos loose with a math task without much guidance from me but they TOTALLY impressed me!! They were able to work together and figure out how to make a correct number line TOGETHER and all on their own!! I got to sit back and smile and take pics of the teamwork and productive discussions that were happening in our classroom.

We took our first part of our SAGE test this morning....

...we needed a "brain break" afterwards :)

okay, okay, we don't HATE SAGE testing, but we most certainly don't like it. ;)
