Pot of Gold Art

It wasn't as simple as it looked :)

We Can Measure!!

We have been learning about direct, and indirect measurement.

Today we got to measure ourselves with yarn - an indirect measuring tool.

Then, we measured our yarn with a ruler!

Look how tall we are!!

Contraction Surgery

Dr. Richard Chisholm from Chisholm Family Dentistry was kind enough to donate masks and gloves for us.

We cut and sewed our words all up to make one word... a contraction!!

Fun in the Dark!!

On Monday, March 2nd, the power went out around 8:15 am.

We kept on a chuggin'. Without windows in our room, we had to gather around the flashlights. We learned and were SO on task - Mrs. S. was VERY impressed!

School was dismissed early :)
