Week of May 5th - May 9th

May 5th – May 9th
Dear Parents/Guardians,

Reading Calendars: Due: May 6th for a reward.

Book Order: This will be our last book order for the year. Students who order will receive a free Rio 2 bookmark!
Due: Tuesday, May 6th!

Here is what is happening this week:
Reading: Flat Stanley unit.

Math: We are working SUPER hard on our math timings. Students who have passed off ALL addition timings and are working on subtraction (or multiplication) timings, will receive a mighty math trophy with an ADDITION plaque on it. PLEASE work with your child extra hard if they have not passed off their addition timings yet.

Social Studies: We will be talking about neighborhoods and our community over the next week or so. We have already started a few things concerning neighborhood.

Science: We will be learning about fish, since we are going to the Fish Hatchery tomorrow. We will also be learning about clouds, rainbows, lady bugs, and butterflies over the next couple of weeks.

Thank you, and have a good week!
